Q: I found out I cannot attend after I signed up! What is your refund policy?

A: The following rules apply for all registration cancellations:

• All cancellations must be in writing.
  
• Cancellations received by January 25, 2008 will be charged a $50.00 processing fee.
• Cancellations received after January 25, 2008, as well as Conference no-shows, will forfeit the full registration fee.
• Refunds will be processed after the Conference.
